Space planning

As the space planning design consultant for a real estate investment firm, CAET provided furniture layout options for converting 4,000 sf of office space in a co-working office, as well as providing design for three individual office suites.

The engagement was taken to help provide conceptual layouts for the investment firm to evaluate for maximum ROI. CAET provided layouts for review and acceptance and then developed recommendations for furniture brands, styles, and colors and specs for all areas of the building, including an 800 sf shared tenant space just inside from the back patio. Upon agreement of the selections, CAET provided cost estimations for management, procurement, and installation of furniture to support future budget requests.
