The scope includes removal of outdated chargers and infrastructure, installation of new Posi Chargers with upgraded electrical connections and protective bollards, and tight coordination for phased nighttime work to avoid airport operational disruption. CAET is also facilitating collaboration with the DFW commissioning agent to bring each charger system online while ensuring alignment with American’s parallel installation of updated vehicle charging ports.
CAET has been engaged by American Airlines to provide project management and construction administration services for the phased renovation of 35 employee restrooms at DFW Terminals A and C. The two-year project includes a mix of light repairs, intermediate updates, and full demolition and replacement work, organized into three levels of scope. CAET oversees consultant coordination, stakeholder communication, construction phasing, budget tracking, site visits, and contractor pay application review.
