As the Owner’s Representative and Construction Project Manager for the Sulphur Springs Service Center, CAET provided oversight and leadership for the ground-up construction for the new facility. CAET’s services included an on-site presence at monthly construction meetings, periodic site visits to verify construction progress and quality, project sponsor and stakeholder reporting as well as budget and schedule monitoring, management, and reporting. Additionally, CAET coordinated the procurement and installation of furniture, IT infrastructure and cabling, industrial storage racks, access security and cameras, and A/V equipment through the owner’s preferred vendors.
The Sulphur Springs Service Center included a new 6,000 sf commercial office and warehouse building, approximately 8,000 sf. of metal canopies, a single bay garage, and over 6 acres of heavy-duty yard and parking.
The project was completed with a Certificate of Occupancy awarded on time and on budget.
