President

Molly Sandlin has exceptional skills and expertise in financial consulting, project management, contract documents and construction administration. She brings thirteen years of financial audit, analysis and accounting experience from positions at Feeley & Driscoll in Boston, MA and American Airlines in Fort Worth, TX.

As the contract Project Controller for the American Airlines Rebranding, Molly managed all of the budgeting, forecasting and accounting functions for the $130 Million construction project. She developed a financial matrix that would track every contract and invoice, as well as the cost and forecast per station. This also served as the cash flow forecasting tool, sales tax liability estimator and at the end of the project the capitalization support. The project consisted of 439 locations worldwide.

Molly’s ability to create functional, efficient, cost effective and easy to follow solutions for complex projects helped procure, ship, track and coordinate production, delivery and contracting to install over 3,000 pieces of millwork at over 200 airports.

With the ability to knowledgeably communicate and partner with stakeholders, project managers, consultants and contractors, her creativity and “can‐do” attitude is invaluable to any financial and construction management role.

Vice President

Jason Sandlin brings over 20 years of experience in areas of financial management, consulting, negotiations, manufacturing and contract administration.

During his career, he has worked varying leadership roles from middle management to C-level executive. He has worked from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in industries to include manufacturing, aviation, consumer products, commercial development and residential real estate. Over his career Jason has brought expertise and leadership in areas such as accounting and ERP system conversion, transitioning private companies to public ventures, raising capital, negotiating contracts, and bank covenants, transitioning and centralizing departments, establishing shared-service environments for large corporations, , working closely with government entities such as FDA, CDFA, and FAA thru various roles, implementing inventory systems as well as their transition, manufacturing process improvements, and restructuring. Lead several multi-million dollar Capital Projects, including space improvement, building expansions, as well as new developments.

Jason is an instrumental part of his community through his active involvement with the Keller Lions Club, where he currently serves as Treasurer, and Zone Chair, the Lions Foundation of Keller, where he serves as a Director, as well as the Keller ISD District of Innovation where, he serves on the committee.

When not at the office or volunteering time, you can find Jason on the golf course with his wife and twin boys.
